All Sales are final, no refunds accepted. Cards are sent regular mail, for cards shipped to other countries there will be an additional charge for shipping. This class will take you through a video, a Power Point presentation, a training manual that you can print, and finally an online test that you can take in and open book setting. The test can be repeated as many times as necessary. Once completed email your test results and a photo to our training department and you will receive a digital certificate by email.
